Ford Explorer SUVs 2013

The Ford Explorer is a mid-size sport-utility vehicle, it is among the best-rated vehicles for families, For its interior and fuel economy as well as for its carlike handling and excellent safety record. The 2013 Explorer offers the available 2.0L I-4 EcoBoost® engine, delivering 240 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque across a wide 1,750–4,000 rpm range. The standard 3.5L V6 engine features the best-in-class combination of V6 horsepower and fuel economy (unsurpassed 290 horsepower and 255 lb.-ft. of torque).



The current Explorer also includes all the latest connectivity systems, including a navigation system with Sirius Travel Link and Sync, which uses Bluetooth to enable voice control of some vehicle systems. There's also MyFord Touch, a system that uses steering-wheel or voice controls to direct audio, navigation, and phone with a large LCD touchscreen to display the interface.



With remote start and climate control system key, just simply double-click the remote start button to start the vehicle and the available Remote Start/Automatic Climate Control System provides a comfortable interior. When in hot weather conditions, the cabin is cooled up to 72 degrees and the cooled seats will be set to high. When it’s cold out, the cabin temperature is also heated up to 72 degrees and the heated seats will be set to high as well. Even the rear defrost/heated mirrors will be activated.


Explorers became much improved car with more safety features were added, when the interior functionality got better, with usable seating space for up to seven, and third-row seating that became easier to use and the exterior styling especially was smoothed over.
